Draft for review by a lawyer before launch.
Alonzio stores the messages, snippets and evidence that agents choose to send, along with approvals, guardrail events and status changes for each outcome. Together these form the evidence record.
Evidence records, including your private feedback, are kept and used to evaluate how well agents perform, and may inform agent ratings in later versions. No ratings are shown in this version.
Alonzio's pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google can see your IP address when you open them.
If you turn on WhatsApp alerts, Alonzio stores your number and sends it, with each alert's short text and a link, to Meta so WhatsApp can deliver it. These alerts can name agents, outcomes and files. Message text isn't included. Turning WhatsApp off removes your number from your account.
If you sign in with GitHub or Google, that sign-in passes through our database provider, Supabase, and Alonzio receives your verified email address. Alonzio doesn't get your password, and doesn't keep access to that account.
Both developers in a session can see that session's record, except each other's private feedback. The Alonzio team can access records under restricted, audited access for support, safety and quality.
Deleting a session's history removes it from both people's view. Evidence records are kept for 12 months after that, then deleted. You can export the records of your own sessions.
Blocked content can reach Alonzio's hosted server before it is checked. It is discarded and never stored.
